Any delays or changes in flight times are decided only by the airline.
Itineraries are only a guide and may change because of unexpected events or weather conditions.
If the chosen hotel is not available because of an unexpected situation, the customer will be offered an alternative in a hotel of the same category.
The availability of adjoining rooms, interconnecting rooms, non-smoking rooms, and rooms on the same floor cannot be guaranteed.
Room type, whether standard double or twin, depends on availability and is up to the hotel’s choice.

Standard hotel check-in time is 1400-1430 Hrs and check-out time is 1100 Hrs local time. It may vary based on destinations and availability.Â
All tours and transfers will use a shared coach in a group. The client should stick to the scheduled timing. If any transfer is missed, Cozmo Travel will not take responsibility, and the client will cover the extra cost.
At the time of check-in to your hotel, the hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (the amount depends on the hotel's policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the room).Â
Any ticket to attractions, museums, trains, cable cars, ferries, rides, safaris, and so on is not included unless it is specifically mentioned as part of the inclusion.
The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure. It is the client's responsibility to obtain the correct, current, and valid passports and re-entry permits where needed. Please contact our team if you need any assistance with this.
Cozmo Travel is not responsible for any last-minute changes in Visa requirements or regulations of the country. Customers must ensure they have the right travel documents. Make sure all travel documents are valid and complete, and check the entry requirements for your upcoming trip before you travel.
No refund can be given for air tickets and partially used services.Â
We are not responsible if the passenger cannot travel due to passport or visa problems. The stated cancellation policy will take effect from the day of the initial booking.
Prior to 45 days or more: 10% of the holiday cost is non-refundable + Full cancellation for non-refundable tickets
44 and 31 days of departure: Non-refundable booking amount + 25% of the holiday cost
30 and 15 days of departure: Non-refundable booking amount + 50% of the holiday cost
14 and 10 days of departure: Non-refundable booking amount + 75% of the holiday cost
10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
