Day 1: Sharjah - Nairobi

  • Reach 03 hour before the flight departure time at the airport.
  • Upon your arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on G9 734 @ 13:05Hrs, clear Immigrations and Customs formalities.
  • On exit from the Arrivals Hall, meet and welcomed by our representative and proceed to The famous Giraffe Center.
  • Check in to the hotel at late evening & overnight.
  • Overnight at your hotel in Nairobi.

Day 2: Nairobi To Masai Mara

  • Breakfast at the hotel & Check out
  • Early departure to Masai Mara 05 hrs drive – driver through the Great Rift valley (Photo Stops)
  • Arrive at the Mara Game Reserve by lunch & enjoy your lunch at the camp.
  • Head out for an afternoon game viewing drive in the Masai Mara Game Reserve, generally acclaimed as the finest game viewing area in the world.
  • Return to your camp & relax
  • Scrumptious dinner at the camp
  • Overnight at your lodge in Masai Mara.

Day 3: Full Day Game Drive (Masai Mara)

  • In the afternoon, depart for the shores of the Lake, for an Hour’s Boat ride to enjoy the expansive bird life as well as numerous hippo families that reside within and around the Lake, pass by Crescent Island.

Day 5: Lake Naivasha – Nairobi Airport - Departure

  • The prices shown reflect the current promotions. The offers will be valid when you confirm your booking. Bookings will be confirmed based on the payment and cancellation policy.
  • Any delays or changes in flight times are decided only by the airline.
  • Itineraries are only a guide and may change because of unexpected events or weather conditions.
  • If the chosen hotel is not available because of an unexpected situation, the customer will be offered an alternative in a hotel of the same category.
  • The availability of adjoining rooms, interconnecting rooms, non-smoking rooms, and rooms on the same floor cannot be guaranteed.
  • Room type, whether standard double or twin, depends on availability and is up to the hotel’s choice.
  • Prices change based on the offers available when you book. We can change prices at any time.
  • Standard hotel check-in time is 1400-1430 Hrs and check-out time is 1100 Hrs local time. It may vary based on destinations and availability. 
  • All tours and transfers will use a shared coach in a group. The client should stick to the scheduled timing. If any transfer is missed, Cozmo Travel will not take responsibility, and the client will cover the extra cost.
  • At the time of check-in to your hotel, the hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (the amount depends on the hotel's policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the room). 
  • Any ticket to attractions, museums, trains, cable cars, ferries, rides, safaris, and so on is not included unless it is specifically mentioned as part of the inclusion.
  • The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure. It is the client's responsibility to obtain the correct, current, and valid passports and re-entry permits where needed. Please contact our team if you need any assistance with this.
  • Cozmo Travel is not responsible for any last-minute changes in Visa requirements or regulations of the country. Customers must ensure they have the right travel documents. Make sure all travel documents are valid and complete, and check the entry requirements for your upcoming trip before you travel.
  • No refund can be given for air tickets and partially used services. 
  • We are not responsible if the passenger cannot travel due to passport or visa problems. The stated cancellation policy will take effect from the day of the initial booking.
  • Prior to 45 days or more: 10% of the holiday cost is non-refundable + Full cancellation for non-refundable tickets
  • 44 and 31 days of departure: Non-refundable booking amount + 25% of the holiday cost
  • 30 and 15 days of departure: Non-refundable booking amount + 50% of the holiday cost
  • 14 and 10 days of departure: Non-refundable booking amount + 75% of the holiday cost
  • 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
