What to Expect

Please note hotels provided shall be located in outskirts of cities (usually 18 - 25 km from city center).
All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) will be done in an air-conditioned coach.
Maximum room occupancy in Europe is 3 persons in a room.
As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room.
Room sizes of hotels you can expect 4 stars (190 sq ft - 230 sq ft) and if 3 stars then it will be (120 - 180 sq ft).
Please note hotels in Europe don't provide free water bottles. Tap water is usually drinkable across Europe.
Please note we provide one stop airlines to Europe (into Frankfurt out of Vienna) from DEL, BOM and BLR.
Please note we may provide up to 2 stop airlines to Europe (into Frankfurt out of Vienna) from AMD, CCU, HYD and MAA.
All airlines provided will include 30 Kg of check-in baggage and in-flight meals.
Please note we do guarantee Visa appointments, however we don't have any control over the decision of Visa being granted or not.

Exclusions

Any increase in Airfare, Visa fees, Airport taxes, Govt Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of new taxes from Govt.
Any up gradation in Airline class or hotel room category Cost of Air ticket deviation charges.
Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure.
Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation.
Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeuere circumstances during the tour.
Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
In case a passenger is opting for direct joining, the cost for airport transfers shall be borne directly by the passenger and will join the group at the hotel.

Terms and Conditions

Booking amount or initial deposit is minimum Rs. 30,000 per person if booking is done 45 days before travel.
Post Booking within 1 week an additional deposit of Rs. 45,000 per person needs to be paid.
For travel within 45 days of travel minimum deposit of Rs. 75,000 per person needs to be paid at time of booking.
Full 100% balance payment is required to be done 21 days prior to travel.
Full payment must be made in accordance with the policy stated above.
In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour /booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company.
In case of any visa rejection, the cancellation charges will be Rs. 40,000 and the balance will be refunded.
Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure.
The tour includes Flights, Visa and Insurance.
The Tour can be cancelled 30 days before travel by paying 10% of the tour value as cancellation charges.
Within 15 days - 30 days of travel the tour can be cancelled by paying 50% of the cancellation charge.
Within 15 days the tour is completely non-refundable.
International Check in time is 1500 hours / Check out time is 1100 hours, early check in and check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
For guaranteed check-in; charges equivalent to 1 night stay will be applicable.
Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations
It is suggested to carry one check in bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach
In case of any increase in any taxes in Europe, there would be a change in price which will be justified
No refunds for unutilized services.
Minimum passengers required to operate the tour is 20. In case the group strength falls below 20, the group may be merged with a similar tour. However you will not miss any sightseeings as mentioned in the itinerary.
On some occasions, you may have to join another group in case your group does not have adequate members.
If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then alternate sight-seeing will be arranged.
In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, packed dinner may be provided on that day.
In case the passenger is joining directly, the arrival and departure transfers have to be arranged by them or booked separately.
